Please Help. Have Tech Company But Also Illegal Af

Throwaway here.

So I got a tech company that has an insane product in the AI space and will get VC funding in a very short period. The problem is Im also illegal af (recurring theme around here). Came here legally, got ssn but no passport and no DL. Wasnt really a priority and my embassy doesnt make it easy. Surprisingly, it gave me a lot of time on my hands.

But now I got people from the ivy leagues working on the MVP and the FinCEN BOI is due in about a month.

Now I was thinking do I fight staying here (I could become a citizen if I tried) or would it better to go back to my home country and proceed from there. Even though my startup is registered in Delaware, and I truly feel bad for bailing on the country that did much for me, I'm sure we can move it through some shelf companies in the UAE before the sale is made to save on taxes. End of Dec we are looking for a $100m+ valuation and with so much taxes at stake, Im open to ideas. Plus I'm sure I can always buy Vanuatu citizenship without having to do any travelling.

If the best solution is to leave, which happens to be the easiest, then if any lawyer can make it happen on the Lacey Kay, I will let them get exclusivity on the VC and IPO deals. I'll disclose further in DMs.

I know Im going to be recommended to get a lawyer, but what kind of lawyer/company can do this? They all seem to be intertwined.
