Police Say I Have A Warrant When They Run My License Plate But The Courts Say I Don't. Colorado

A little over a year ago I got traffic ticket. I lost the ticket and kind of forgot about the whole thing because I was in the middle of moving. That's my fault.

Because of that, there was a warrant put out for me that is attached to my license plate. I know this because several officers have told me. They've thankfully showed me mercy and not take me in but advised me to take care of it. The thing is, when I call the court it was issued from, they say no record exist. I even searched their website and nothing comes up. Also, when a officer runs my name and NOT my license plate, I don't have a warrant. I'm all good.

I filed a motion with the courts to have it quashed because of this issue but again, they said it doesn't exist. I forwarded the email to a officer I been in contact with. He confirmed my name, the court name and the case number. This is that email. But when I present it to the court, they say there is nothing. I thought they use the same system? I don't know what to do at this point. This has been really frustrating to take care of. It scares my kids when police come up to my car and threaten to take me to jail.

Any advice? I'm in Colorado.
