Previous Employer Owes Me 8k For Commissions/sales Contests/tools And Tickets I Paid For After Being Pulled Over In Their Work Van. Advice Please!

Im an hvac technician and I get paid hourly as well as commission, they also offer sales contests for $500 which I won 3 times. They owed me money for throwing out my toolbag accidentally while cleaning out my truck and for tickets I paid after being pulled over for expired tags and no insurance on their work van. I asked about the reimbursement of tools/tickets and was told yes I would be paid back just speak to the GM. A couple weeks before I tried to hand in a stack of commisions to payroll and was told they would not be paid because the GM changed the process to electronically, after furiously voicing concerns to my regular managers about this they tried to tell me to ask for 50 percent or 30 percent in which I responded I’m getting every fucking dollar that I’m owed. I instantly went to the GM office and explained I knew nothing of this and have been their best employee and bring in hundreds of thousands of dollars for this company. He agreed I would be paid after initially trying to not pay it and from now on I would submit it this way which I did. A few weeks later I was fired stopping at a Best Buy on the way home instead of going straight home. The Best Buy was literally on a 2 minute detour. I believe it was just motivation to not pay me back. Long story short I brought up that I had still not been paid the commissions I submitted or the sales contest and hadn’t been reimbursed for the traffic tickets or tools, I got the GMs cellphone number and left the building. I had been in contact with him and assured me he was working on it, eventually he just stopped answering. I can’t upload pics in this sub but after sending him a screenshot of the email he claimed he wasn’t receiving he thought I was someone else probably my regular manager and he responded he had paid me already but would check on it. He is so dumb he didn’t realize he was speaking to me, in which I responded no you did not. He then again wrote he would have it done by Monday which he had said like 4 fucking times already and after another week I wrote how long is this going to take and haven’t heard from him since.
