Private Landlord Switched To Property Management Group In The Middle Of My Lease. New Fees. What Can I Do?

I signed a lease agreement in April 2024 with a private landlord who has now switched to a property management group. I now have to pay via a portal that includes landlord liability fees that are not part of my original lease agreement. I paid my Renter’s and Liability insurance through the year and have already uploaded proof.

There is also now a processing fee for e-checks of $2.79 and $100 for credit or debit cards. What can i do to protect my original lease agreement and myself?
