Property Management Asking Us To Sign A New Lease At A Higher Price Despite Already Signing The Original.

Me and my roommate just signed for a lease at $1540. After we already signed the lease, they claimed they actually meant to put us into a different apartment and provided a new lease. On this new lease the rent was listed at $1699. After reading over the new lease I sent this email:

"Hello, I will not be signing this new lease as I have already signed the original one and it has a significant raise in rent, please provide the original unit which we have already signed for with the original price, or provide another lease with the same price as the original one, thank you."

I have not heard back yet and they are closed on Sundays, but I am suspicious of some sort of loophole or bait and switch they are trying to pull. Please let me know if you have any advice, for reference I am in Colorado, USA. Thank you!
