Received A 74 In A 70, Should I Hire I Lawyer?

for context, it was thanksgiving and i was driving sandwiched between people, car in front of me and car behind me.

South Carolina state trooper was driving IN FRONT of the car in front of me by about a 1/4 to 1/2 mile. when the three of us eventually got up to him he pulled ALL THREE of us over. cop did the usual license and registration and when he came back he said “i couldnt clock your speed because of the car in front of you but because i pulled you over so i have to give you something” and handed me a 74 in a 70.

is this worth hiring a lawyer over? his body cam should have picked up him saying that, as well as it’s a 74 in a 70 issued ON THANKSGIVING DAY.
