Recently Bought A “clean” Titled Used Sports Car. Actually A Salvage Title.

Hi, I recently bought a preowned 2019 Shelby Mustang GT350 from a “luxury” preowned dealership and on the way home hit a crate in the middle of the road, only hurt the bumper but bill is $9,100. Decided to go out of pocket because i had just bought it and wanted to not ding insurance immediately.

It had been in a “minor” accident prior according to carfax but the body shop has found damage all around the vehicle. It was improperly repaired and should have been totaled. They have deemed it unsafe to drive and is a risk. If it were in a more severe accident it would not protect anything. they mentioned the dash and engine could come through the cabin.

what do i do? i bought it in mid january and have driven it 35 mins total. Im at a loss and completely upset.. i myself work in sales at a dealership.. I bought a 100k 84 month warranty and gap… car has 38k miles. They said they inspected it with a 32 multi point. Do i have a case to sue?

TL;DR; sold an unsafe and improperly repaired car. What do i do?
