Refund Issues

Hi all,

I’m based in UK and the seller is based in France

I made a purchase for a wedding dress through Etsy in mid May 2024. And I didn’t receive the item until early November 2024. That is already too long to raise any dispute with my bank, PayPal or Etsy themselves as they say I only have maximum of 120 days to raise a dispute from purchase date. I sent it back within 7 days, the seller has confirmed they received the refund AND The seller has promised a refund on multiple occasions. Yet, I still do not have my money. Nobody will help me. It was for my wedding dress so it’s A LOT of money and upsetting. The seller is still in business with reviews up to very recently. What can I possibly do?
