Schizophrenic Brother, Poor Child Care And Drugs.

I am 22 years old and the run down of my situation is as follows: Living in Mississippi . Living at home that is under my father’s name. Deceased mother. Father moved to Florida. Brother, his wife and two children age 4 and the other is less than a year old. The wife is a part time student in college and holds a stable job. I am in college and work when I’m not swamped with school as I’m going for computer networking and have physical labs to complete each week. Although I don’t have much money either, I still help pay the bills and keep the house stable. Brother is a diagnosed schizophrenic and has not taken his medicine nor will he go to see his doctor. He is a heavy marijuana user and often times falls asleep on the couch when he should be watching his kids leaving them awake. Him refusing to see his doctor as well has resulted in some domestic disputes and near domestic violence situations. Me and the wife both believe that he needs to either see his doctor or be admitted back to the state hospital for help. My father has power of attorney over him but doesn’t want to kick him out because he is his son. Even then he has been aggressive and shown that he should not be allowed around his two children unattended. What can I do other than to continue gathering voice memos and video recordings of him? Law enforcement was called to the house/property yesterday and did nothing so I am at a loss on what to do. I love both my niece and nephew and I don’t want either of them to get hurt or grow up with trauma the way that I did. Looking for any advice on the matter and despite how this may sound in text, I do love my brother. He just cannot and should not be allowed to act this way without repercussions.
