School Blocked My Email

I had a meeting with my 14 year olds middle school today, and they told me that despite my detailed emails about what had happened to my daughter at school, they would not do anything about it because she (14 year old) said it “wasn’t a big deal”. She was assaulted by two different boys, once of which has repeatedly assaulted me and damaged my car in the school parking lot too. Afterwards I got an email from the superintendent that I would not be allowed to email them anymore. They did block me. I have 8 years of documentation about them discriminating against me. What is my next step?
