Six Months Simple “collaborative “ Dissolution. Little Progress How To Proceed?

Card image cap

My future ex and I agreed to dissolve our marriage six months ago and she agreed to obtain a lawyer and drive the process while we share the costs. Relatively simple: 50-50 custody, simple distribution of assets etc. To date it’s been a cluster. I’ve seen one draft of docs and provided proposed edits (in September). Many requests for timeline and rationale for delays, excuses: Covid, trials, work, etc. feel utterly gate kept. I’m fed up. We agree on a division yet here we are months later and I’m in the dark. What do I do? What can I do to move this along? She definitely is not dragging her feet in hopes of reconciliation. I know from my adult daughter she’s got a BF and intends to move asap impacting my pre teen daughter (which I’m silently gutted by). She has BPD so confrontation is counter productive. Big part of me wants to lose money, file for divorce and let the chips fall where they may. Any ideas are welcomed.
