Sole Heir Of Father Who Died Intestate, My Aunt (his Sister) Is Administrator Of The Estate And Trying To Sell His House Out From Under Me Against My Will [ca]

The probate process is about 6 months along and I signed a Waiver of Notice of Proposed Action around 2 months ago. I understand I can revoke the waiver but aside from that do I have any recourse here? What steps can I take to stop this?
edit: For more context I've lived in the house for ~3 years and have been clear with her since the beginning of probate that I want to sell the house but I don't want to do it right away.
In November we had a conversation where she indicated she wanted the house sold by March or April, I told her that was too quick for me and that I needed more time. She said she was okay with that, so in December when the probate attorney sent me the Waiver of Notice of Proposed Action form I signed it and sent it in assuming my aunt and I had an understanding.
Then in mid January she let me know she and her brother would be coming over to help me go through my dad's things, which sounded great. But when they got here they started taking stuff off the walls, throwing things away and breaking them, putting stuff in bags and boxes and shoving them into the garage. For the most part this was fine as it was things I didn't care about but some of it was valuable or sentimental, including me having to physically stop my aunt from throwing away an item of mine that was worth several thousand dollars.
After that I tried to make it as clear as possible to her that she was moving too fast and that this was not what I wanted, and she seemed understanding. But now she's told me that a team of people are coming here on Tuesday to clear out the house because it needs to be sold ASAP. I don't know what I can do to stop this.
I assume my best option is to call the probate attorney first thing Monday morning and tell her what's happening and that I want to revoke my waiver?
