Son's Bio Dad Purposely Falsified Paternity Test Via Labcorp

Are there any attorneys on here willing to answer a few questions?
My son was conceived during the first physical encounter (even though we used protection) and had only been on a few dates at this point.
You can imagine the surprise to both of us when I turn up pregnant. His literal first words were "so you're gonna get rid of it or take care of it right?" And in that moment I was so disgusted I barely knew how to react so I said, "I'm not sure if I am." So his famous last words were see you in court.
I went through the entire pregnancy alone. He never reached out (not once) even when I revealed the gender or text him that he was coming. I was prepared as much as I can to do this alone but I expected that the law would apply the proper & fair amount of child support.
In court he came with 3 lawyers (I had none because at that point I was a Single mom getting no help) so I researched and prepared as much I could. Even took a DNA test through ancestry that proved that my son was biracial like his bio dad and connected to sons of his family members.
The judge barley let me speak, didn't look at my evidence, ignored the fact that this man lived in the high rise the test was administered, ignored that he changed his appointment to a different day, knew lots of powerful people and SHE DENIED MY REQUEST WHICH WAS JUST ANOTHER TEST AT A NEUTRAL LOCATION WHEN WE ARE ALL THERE!
My son is 11 now! Never received financial support and has a lot of abandonment and low self esteem. He has medical (both physical & psychological) that we have no idea the root cause or if there is a biological component because he never even provided family medical history. He now knows the story and although I had appealed for a new test and was denied my son hasn't and wants to go after him.
In NJ, what is the age a minor can go ask for something, as in his own paternity test? 16? 18? Any statutes of limitation arrive he "allegedly" committed fraud by lying on the first test? Nevermind LabCorps mistake and the Family Court for completely dropping the ball on this!
Help? Anything is appreciated! I've been trying to fight or get this story out for 11 years. Still have the binder of all the paperwork.
