Spouse Trying To Move State Back To Old State

Hey - needed some quick advice since lawyers aren't available. Spouse is trying to move divorce jurisdiction to my previous state since I got emergency temporary custody in the current one due to their shenanigans, arguing that because during the move we did some vacation during the summer so them moving here at the end of last school year didn't count.

I've already started lining up appointments with lawyers in the other state but wanted any input the universe deemed fit to present here. I consulted attorneys in both states originally but the consensus seemed to do it in my present one - with the details as they are she could have pulled this regardless of which state I picked since the line is fuzzy on where the child jurisdiction time period falls. It's doubling lawyer retainer fees out spite, the spouse thinks lying to my kids to try to win court of opinion will undo the shady and illegal crap they got in to while we were separated. (not to mention any number of levels of actual neglect)

Any experience on paperwork I can prepare?
