Stalker About To Be Released. Help.

Please help! Im genuinely scared and need some advice. I have pictures that I tried to post earlier and apparently I'm not reddit friendly-enough yet. I received a postcard from a jail last year, no name just my address, it was psychotic and delusional so I posted it on facespace thinking it was funny and obviously not meant for me. Then the letter came. It was meant for me. Apparently my elderly neighbors housed a grandson that was mentally unstable and targeted me for some reason. He's been incarcerated in jails and mental institutions for the past year but is due to be released next month. I became certified with a weapon due to the upsetting nature of his last letter, I'm a single mom with a 5yr old girl. He's 280 & 6'4" and I'm 120 & 5'5". Local law enforcement says I can't get an RO on these grounds because he's only insinuating he will hurt everyone and possibly not me due to infatuation. Please help! Also, if I can post the photos of the postcard and letter, please let me know, I'm not used to reddit.
