Supervisor Never Turned In My Fmla To Hr...

Now he is having my come back into the office.

Current fed employee. I have severe asthma and office has mold causing severe asthma issues. Boss had me telework until today. My Dr filled out FMLA paperwork and noted I should be teleworking due to needing to avoid mold exposure. That was over a month ago. Found out supervisor never gave it to HR and said he doesnt want to deal with FMLA. He has since demanded I come back to work but in another building with another suspected mold issue (not confirmed but indont want tondie finding out). I sent Hr my FMLA today ensure they received it but need to know what else I can do.
