Surgeon Posted Uncensored Photos And Full Name Without Permission And Wont Remove Them

Let me begin by saying I had surgery last year to correct an issue I've always felt incredibly self-conscious of, and I kept the procedure to myself and wanted everything to remain private.

Shortly after surgery (which was done incorrectly), my surgeon posted a video on his socials (this contained footage of my surgery, and documents that clearly displayed my full name and surgical scans etc.) I was unaware of this until a month or so later. The botched surgery combined with sharing my full name and personal info was like a gut punch. I contacted him, and he assured me it had been taken care of. I checked his insta and I could see he'd reuploaded it with a blur filter (I wasnt happy it was still out there without my permission but was happy it was at least censored and didnt want to strain the relationship when awaiting more surgery). Then a few months later I was horrified to discover he'd posted another video containing my uncensored before and afters of my face!

Originally I DID say he could use my photos so long as the images were censored and unrecognisable as me, but later when he bodged the surgery and asked to use them again, I was so distraught and upset with the outcome, I stressed I didn't want him to use any photos until the issues were fixed - they said that was fine. Imagine my horror when I discovered not only had he shared them against my explicit wishes not to, but that he hadnt even bothered to blur anything. Again, I explained I was uncomfortable and requested he remove them and he assured me they had been.

I stupidly trusted him, and was busy dealing with a wealth of complications as a result of the unsuccessful and badly done surgery. Months later I just so happened to be checking their socials out of curiosity and discovered that he'd only removed the surgery video containing my full name off one of the accounts, it was still live on their other social accounts, as was my before and after video! I cant describe how humiliating it feels, I've contacted them now multiple times explaining how it was an invasion of privacy and it's impact on my mental health but they've chosen to ignore all my correspondence and they're both still live, over 8 months later for the world to see.

I hope someone can offer some advice on this, I've already raised a complaint with ICO, I feel like I'm at breaking point.
