wrongful termination?

sorry if this kinda long! hi guys, this is my first time posting and i have some questions.

back in august I started working in a grocery store, everything was good and I had experience already in the position that I was so they technically didn’t train me at all. during the orientation, the hr lady told me that they don’t go by point system (this is like if u call out one time, some companies give you a point for it; and when you reach a certain amount of points they fired you), but if you call out too often a manager would talk to you to look for a solution, and if it’s continue happening they would fire you. I understand that because I worked for walmart for 4 years so I know how the point system/calling out works and I know how managers can be.

perfect, how I said I knew my position, they didn’t train me but I knew the process and how it worked so I didn’t had any problem. i was on time everyday, taking my lunch, not talking to nobody and just focusing on clock in-making my money-clocking out. how i said, i never had a problem. I’m Hispanic so the assistant manager used to talk to me in Spanish, not problem, i speak perfectly both languages. The store manager heard me speaking Spanish couple of times, but she never talked to me (weird, if you’re a store manager I’m guessing you wanna know your new associates, but I guess). one of the girls from my department speak Spanish too and we used to have a couple of conversations (in Spanish) but that was it. UNTIL one day i was working at 5 am, and that was when winter started and even if it wasn’t that cold, I’m from the Caribbean so even a little bit of cold is super cold for me, and i brought a jacket, that day the store manager saw me with it and we needed to take a picture for something that the company was doing and she told me to take out my jacket for the picture (we wear just a green shirt as a uniform but that was it) but that I could wear it after, ok perfect nothing happened after that. the next day i went to work with the same jacket, and the girl from my department (the one who speak Spanish) come to me and told me that people where talking about my jacket and how isn’t in the dress code (I didn’t knew that because, well, I was new) and that the store manager wanted me to buy a hoodie that is going with the dress code of the company (huh!?) at first I was weird out because why didn’t the store manager or the assistant manager come to me to tell me, and why they sent somebody from the same range as me? (a normal associate) and I asked her “oh, why the manager didn’t come to talk to me? Does she thinks I don’t speak English?” (Mind you, the store manager heard me speaking English before with another associates/costumers) but I brush all that off.

a month later, i went through an abortion, i was unable to walk due to having blood cloths coming out of myself (no, not my period) but I was still showing to work, until a day that I couldn’t even be standing up and I went home early (like 2 hours before clocking out) I called out the next day and I showed the doctors note to the assistant manager and I texted her and she told me that everything was okay. i went to work the next day to calling out and i was feeling better, until like four days after that where i was having symptoms again from the abortion and I couldn’t walk again, but I was trying to go to work but I started feeling horrible probably 2 hours before my shift and I called out (if I called out the same day as my shift, it needed to be 3-4 hours before clocking in), when I called, the store managers answered me with a certain attitude and she told me that I was supposed to call three hours before my shift and she just hang up, I was like “ok, I need to go to work then” and I showed up, when I was waiting by the time clock, she showed up and told me to go home, I asked her if she was sure because I was already there and I could’ve stay, and she told me again to just go home.

everything fine after that, mind you I called out three times in total due of what was going on, until one day I showed up and the assistant manager pulled me to the office and she told me that they were letting me go, that it was a decision from the store manager. Mind you, nobody talked to me before about my call outs, how the HR lady said that they were supposed to do, and they just fired me.

I want to know if I have a case here? If this is a wrongful termination? this happened between the months of August to October that I got fired.
