Took My Employer To Court, It Ended Do I Have To Continue To See The Lawyers Doctors Or Can I Drop Them And See My Own

i hurt my lower back in january, ended up going through workers comp and was out for about 2-3 months. i went back only to end up re-aggravating the same injury in june, went back to occ med and made another workers comp claim but it got denied saying they didn’t think it was a work related injury. i ended up taking them to court and that has been going on since the end of june. we just reached a settlement agreement this month. the whole time i was seeing doctors the lawyer sent me to and to say the least i’m not happy with how my treatment went and i still kind of have no idea what’s truly wrong with my back. i stuck with it just for the sake of getting this over as soon as possible. i still have yet to have the meeting with the judge to agree to the terms of the settlement but i was wondering at this point can i drop the lawyers doctors and go with my own? or do i have to wait for this to fully be over before i can do so. reaching out to my lawyer i have discovered is a pain in the ass so i figured id get a response quicker on here.
