Tx Stay At Home Mom Going Through Potential Separation, Child Support, Custody

I (25f) am not legally married to my partner and father of my child (25m) but have been together for 4 years with a two year old daughter. There’s been infidelity and aspects of emotional/ financial/ and a bit physical abuse. We live together and I am not on the lease. If I file for temp custody and child support will we get to stay at our apartment while I find a job? Will he be asked to leave? Can I file for child support while still living with him? I don’t have any family in the area I’m on my own with no job or money or anywhere to go. I’m worried and need advice.
