Update: Travel Agency Misrepresented Sale

I just thought I would provide an update on this post. I also Googled the name of this particular travel agency, and I've found that many people have had similar issues with them. (But /r/legaladvice rules don't allow me to name them.)
After a month of going back and forth with the travel agency trying to get a refund, I decided to make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Within three days, I got a response from the company saying that they would give me a refund. A week later (this morning), I received the money.
Hope this helps someone who's going through a similar situation!
