Used My Credentials Without Permission

Posting from an anonymous account and am in the US. My current employer put my nursing license on a building without my permission and without my knowledge. During that time there was an investigation and maltreatment was substantiated. I am now scheduled to appear before the Board of Nursing for unethical behavior because I did not train the nurses or staff at that site, did not assess the resident, did not process the residents provider orders, etc. At that time, my boss was mostly handling the site in question, as well as a few others that were on fire and and I was handling other sites. My boss was gone when the State came in for the investigation this fall. We have 11 sites spread over a chunk of our state.

I do have a text message of our Cheif Operating Officer saying sorry he didn't tell me he put my license on the building without asking.

What else do I need to gather? How fucked am I? I'm pissed... Anything I can do to make my employer learn their lesson because this is not the first time they have done this?
