Vexatious Litigant On A Divorce Case.

Card image cap

This is my first time posting and could really use some help or advice.

I (40M) have been divorced from my ex-wife (32F) for over a year. The divorce was long and contentious for being a simple divorce only disputing custody, child support and visitation. It took over two and a half years to get the divorce finalized. It was granted in August of last year. She became self-represented in January of 2022 due to her actions and behavior after her attorney withdrew as counsel. She has since filed nearly 70 subpoenas and nearly 30 motions covering the same topics repeatedly and trying to fish for evidence with the subpoenas to find something to support her false narrative that I am a problem. She has harassed me, the judge, my former attorney and several other people not related to the case with false allegations against myself through email. I have gotten over 1200 emails fom her and had to get a protection order against her. She has stalked me and threatened me throughout the divorce. She has gone to jail for contempt and violating the protection order. She still acts like I am the bad guy, even after she was found guilty and spent time in jail. My problem is that even with the divorce closed and decisions made, she continues to fight the case. She has filed for reconsideration of custody multiple times and gets the case reopened. Nothing has changed after these hearings. I still have custody of our child and get child support from her. I have found a possible solution to stop all of her filings on the divorce but I am just not sure how to go about filing it. I want to file a motion to have her deemed as a vexatious litigant. We live in Ohio, if that helps. Anyone here have any experience in filing something like that? I would greatly appreciate any help with this.
