Violation Of Restraining Order But Cops Are Saying It’s Not Enough Evidence. What Do You Think?

My ex husband hacked into my social media during an active protection order last month. I called and was told I can’t prove and just to change my password. It is him I know for a fact. The proof I have is under my account settings in Instagram. I can check my login activity. It says “iphone 13 logged in from (city and state he lives in) “
He owns an iPhone 13.. I know it’s him. I’m tempted to call the station and let them know I feel uneasy about this till this day. I feel he’s testing me to see if I will enforce the protection order or not.
It’s bothering me because he then made ANOTHER unwanted contact, he Venmo (money transfer app) me back pay child support he owed, he friend requested then paid me and added a little note with our child’s nickname and some emojis…
so he is again causing a situation where it confuses authorities. So the judge ordered all child support to be paid through probation because he refused to pay on Venmo when he was asked to months ago. so the judge ordered the money come to me through the courts on probation forced out of his check (which oddly my ex even asked the judge to take it out of his checks) .. but after all that he decided to Venmo me out of the blue with that little note ..
I reported this to the police they made a report but again…. They are questioning and saying well he is just doing what he was told to do to pay me back what was owed.. and I know for a fact my ex will play dumb and say he didn’t know and just paying me back when clearly the judge told him it will be through probation.
The judge also said my case is severe and I will get maximum protection.
Sigh
