Wa - My Grandma Died. She Owns The House That I Live In And It’s Left To Me In The Will. What Can I Expect?

i’ve read a lot of things online but it’s all really confusing and i could really use someone to help me understand what i can expect in the next few months.

my grandparents bought my mom a house in 2012. my mom died in 2017 and i moved in and took over the mortgage (it comes straight out of my account). there’s no formal rental agreement, i just live here. my grandpa died in 2023, now my grandma is gone too. i have her will and she’s left this house to me. the other house that she was living in is a reverse mortgage.

what happens when someone leaves you a house if they had debts? should i continue paying the mortgage as i normally do? do i need to move out? what do i do?
