Wanting To Leave The Father Of My Child

I want to leave my ex and live a whole new life with my child

I am currently almost 13 weeks pregnant with my first child, belonging to my now ex boyfriend.

Pregnancy was unplanned and he does not want it. Every time we talk, it's him begging get and an abortion or to consider adoption. Then telling me how he’s not ready or shouldn't do this or that it's not fair to him and his college life. We are both (20)

I plan to continue the pregnancy and do it all on my own. He at times verbally abuses me and stresses me out during my pregnancy knowing that’s what caused my first miscarriage I had @5 weeks before my current one and when he knew I had a miscarriage at first he wasn’t comforting nor understanding.

I plan to leave the state and go completely no contact for the sake of me and my child before I give birth and leave him, i don’t wanna co parent with someone who didn’t want it and when I have made threats that I’m done and want to leave him, then he threatens me with court.

I’m lost and don’t know if legally this is right. I already gotten a transfer opportunity if I go to that state and spoken to apartment complex’s about the whole situation for them to help me as well.

I want sole custody and not a 50/50 thing. He mentioned he doesn’t want to sign the birth certificate either.
