Wanting To Talk To A Lawyer About This Situation, Is It Worth It?

“January 14th, I was working on the sales floor for the day when around 5:20 PM I went to the bathroom. Not even 5 minutes later my shift lead comes into the bathroom and asks if I'm in there. I confirm I'm in there and she further enters the bathroom and peeks into my stall through the crack in the door. She then tells me that she needs me to be on the sales floor and to "get the fuck out there." A couple hours later, roughly 8 PM, I ask to use the bathroom again and she tells me no. There is no customer in the store and another employee on the register in case that's what she was worried about.This is not my first incident with ***; however, it is the first incident in my life where someone has felt it to be okay to peer into my bathroom stall and invade my privacy like that.”

Names removed for obvious reasons. This has already been sent to HR at my job but they aren’t going to do anything. Do I have a legal standing or am I SOL?
