Was I Assaulted During My Massage? What Do I Do Now?

for context i am on vacation and leave in two days, i have also had many massages before and have NEVER experienced anything like this.

Yesterday my mom and I went out looking for massages and we found a place that said they could get us both in. I found out it was a guy that would be doing mine and was kinda uneasy as I usually opt for women but my mom was in the next room so I thought it’d be okay.

It was a deep tissue massage and for a while it was all okay when he worked on my back. When he moved onto my legs it was okay until he started rubbing ALL the way up my leg. He would repeatedly rub all the way up and touch literally touch my vagina (i had underwear on of course). I thought maybe he didn’t realize he was doing it but i was severely uncomfortable and was unsure what to do.

It got so much worse when he told me to flip over though.

When I flipped over he did my left leg and it was pretty normal i thought. That was until he did my right leg. He lifted the sheet so only my right leg was out but lifted it higher so that my underwear were visible. He then started to rub my thigh and went high and under my underwear band. He did that a few times but then started to rub over and literally rub the top of my vagina. He did that a few times and now I know there’s no way it was unintentional, he went underneath my underwear. At this point I literally froze and started crying underneath the towel. I was so scared I had NEVER had a massage therapist do that before.
I was frozen and shaking at this point and he continued and moved onto my arms and chest where he moved the sheet too low to where my nipple was showing for a second. He rubbed my chest way too low and was rubbing my boobs repeatedly. Then the massage ended.

I know I should’ve spoken up but I literally froze and started shaking. My mom was in the room next to me and I was scared of what to say. I’m only 19 and being alone in a room with a bigger guy who was probably in his 20s had me very scared. When I got back I cried and just felt disgusting after the way he touched me.

I just really felt the need to get this off my chest because I know it wasn’t okay. I also don’t know if I should report it as I am from a different country and am leaving on Saturday. I appreciate any advice or anyone who has any input from my story.
