What Does S/c Mean?

We kept getting little notes on our door and my husband called the office and they said he missed 2 court dates and couldn't tell us what it was for. I did a case search of his name and this (below) shows up. If I'm reading it as child support she only has 'emergency temporary custody' till we go back to court in March for custody. What is S/C mean? What is it for? If it's for child support can she do that with temporary custody? She wanted no contact and we are paying for medical bills when the kids were sick with the flu this past month. She already has food stamps and whatever else she can claim for them already even tho we had sole physical custody for the past 13 years without her help.
