What Rights Do I Have Against A Landlord Who Wants Me To Clean A Deceased Parents Unit?

Hello, my dad passed away in November and had his rent paid up until January. He had quite a bit of stuff including a broken down vehicle in the garage. I live quite far away from him and now the landlord wants me to come scrub clean his unit and remove the junk, however it would require a small dumpster at-least and a tow, both of which I’m not financially capable of doing right now, not to mention the travel there and back. Am I obligated to do this, or is it a scare tatic? I feel bad but she’s already going to get the security deposit too, also I’m in Ohio if that helps, thanks!
