What’s Expected Effects Of Prenup?

Hello. Im asking about marriage prenup. I know prenup is usually about child custody, divisions of assets, child support, and it is usually favorable to men’s side when it comes to divorce than without having it.

But my question is what changes bring it to the result? I know it is totally depends on the contents of prenup. But in general.

For example: -50% of every assets -losing custody of children -paying child support $500 dollars for each child

- up to 50% of increased amount of asset since the marriage. - husband has custody of children unless he doesnt want to have it - child support is up to $500 flat rate in lumpsum
