Who Can I Sue And How?

so in may(ish) of 2024 i reported this frat for hazing. they were being really brutal and disgusting and my boyfriend almost died. long story short, they found out it was me and have been stalking me ever since. i had to quit one of my jobs and it has caused me a lot of distress and missing my classes trying to avoid them. i went ahead and filed a police report and they’re still investigating and getting statements but i think i might want to sue the fraternity in addition to the individuals. this has majority affected my finances and i’ve had to get on anxiety medication for the first time in my life just to function. i don’t know anything about lawsuits or legal actions but i want something to be done since my school isn’t helping me and the investigation is taking forever. any advice is appreciated
