Will An Attorney Let Me Pay For Just Legal Advice?

I am trying to get some legal advice on how to navigate a medical uninformed consent situation. I have talked with multiple attorneys, but they all say that I do not have a winning case. Fine, I get that they don’t want to take my case to court. I just need some legal advice on patient advocacy and boundaries for warning people about a doctor who performed a life changing procedure without informing me of my actual medical diagnosis or any negative consequences. Are there any attorneys that I can just hire for a consultation and advice?
