Will An Order Of Protection Show Up On A Background Check Or Will A Current Employer Be Notified?

I need to get a TPO and order of child support against my husband who is abusive. However he has a large income and works for a major transport company with a CDL and clearance background checks. I cannot jeopardize his job due to needing the financial help when I file for child support.

He will likely be served at or near his work by an officer I was told over the phone, which would also be conflicting.

I need to know if the TPO will show up on a background check or if his employer will know? If it will I’ll seek another way.
