Work Hasn’t Payed Me Holiday Pay Over The Past Year But Refuses To Backpay.

In light of the new year, I checked my statement to make sure I got holiday pay for working the new year and it didn’t appear that I did on ADP. I compared this statement to the Christmas I had worked in 2023 and noticed I hadn’t received holiday pay there either. I’m currently checking all of the statements to make sure I was paid correctly and brought this up to our HR/Finance lady and she wrote me a check for this new year she missed, but said she wouldn’t backpay the holidays she didn’t add. I don’t know if that’s even legal or truly understand the laws surrounding the subject but it feels sus. I worked every holiday in 2023 and am missing st least $200-300 they owe from THEIR negligence. What do I do? I’m in the state of Utah if that’s relevant.
