Work Uniform Is Damaging My Skin, I Have A Note From My Dermatologist Asking To Allow Me To Wear Our Alternate Uniform. District Manager/hr Said I’d Be Fired If I Don’t Wear The Original Uniform. Do I Have Any Recourse? [oh]

Located in Ohio. As title states, the standard white oxford shirts we have to wear are damaging my neck, and I went to my dermatologist to get it checked out. We have an alternate uniform (standard polo) that we are allowed to wear but it’s arbitrarily only allowed in summer. Dermatologist wrote me a note saying that the oxford’s are damaging my skin and that I should wear the polos instead. District Manager and Area Director asked HR and they said I would be fired if I didn’t wear the oxfords. Would they try to claim insubordination if I wore the polo, even with the note from the dermatologist? Do I have a case if they did fire me?
